Weekly rate: Pay 6 nights-7th night free

Monthly rate: $2500.00/$3000.00

Week day rate:  $129.00 to $149.00

Summer Season

2 minimum night 

 May 1st to December 13th

Weekly rate: Pay 6 nights-7th night free

Monthly rate: $2200.00/$2500.00

Week day rate:  $115.00 to $149.00

3 night minimum. Standard cleaning fee.$35.00. Heavy cleaning  extra 
 
Small pet fee $5 a day per pet up to 30 lbs. Pets are required to be flea and tick treated before arrival. Guests must clean up after pets, dog toilet  and pooper scooper on premises. Safe fenced  yard..$50 refundable pet deposit required.
 
Cottages are  NO SMOKING, Fumigation fee for smoking $100
 
Reservations require 20% deposit Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
